What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer you the ability to make purchases now & pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

When should I expect my order?

An order is expected to arrive 3-5 business days from order date.

When should I expect my CUSTOM ORDER?

Please allow approximately 10 business days to receive your custom candle order, to ensure proper producing & shipping time.

Do you have pop up shops?

DM Labs can often be found at local vendor fairs & farmer’s markets. Check the store blog & social media pages for updates.

My order arrived damaged; what do I do?

We apologize that your order was damaged during shipping. If you could send a photo of your order in its original shipping packaging & send a photo along with your order number to dmlabs@devanmeeks.com we will gladly help with a resolution.
